Networks

As a focal point for the local voluntary and community sector, CITY.COMM encourages networking between individuals and groups within the sector, and between local groups and the statutory and private sectors.

This allows local groups to learn from one another, establish contacts and work more effectively.

COMMunity Fair
Our next fair takes place at Bishopsgate Institute on 9 June 2010. This is an opportunity for voluntary and community groups, funders and trainers based in and supporting others in the City of London, to set up a display or stall and explain what they do. Social enterprises are also welcome to publicise and sell their services and activities. To book space for a stand, please email info@citycomm.org.uk 

COMMunity Trading
We would like to encourage voluntary and community groups to use others that are social enterprises (or raise funds for their organisation through trading activities) as a supplier of services they need. Click on the COMMunity Trading link to the left of this to see who does what.

CITY.COMM will also help different communities to organise their own networking activity.
