Family intervention key workers form an important part of provision designed to improve outcomes for vulnerable children, young people and their families. Supporting families who have multiple problems is a priority for local authorities.

The successful applicant will undertake a gap analysis of existing training provision for the family intervention workforce, agree and develop new training provision, resources and materials and build on good practice.
