Evenbreak - recruitment attracting disabled candidates

Evenbreak, a not-for-profit social enterprise, was formed to address two problems:

1. Employers who recognise the business benefits of a diverse workforce and find it hard to attract disabled candidates.
2. Disabled candidates who struggle to find employers who will look beyond their disability.

With Evenbreak, inclusive employers can be confident that they will attract more disabled candidates whilst disabled jobseekers can be confident that employers who have chosen to place their vacancies on this site are serious about looking past their disabilities to identify what skills they have to offer.
