A landlord in Farringdon is offering rent-free office space to charities, on a one-year lease.

Available for small and large organisations.

 

What is on offer?

  • Only for charities, voluntary groups and other non-profit organisations
  • There are six floors available – each with space for between 50 and 100 desks
  • Shared office space is available for smaller organisations
  • The lease is offered on a 12-month basis, with the possibility of renewal for an additional 12 months
  • The lease is offered rent and rates free
  • All you pay for are the utilities you use.

The offer is being made by Avire, a national company specialising in short-term lets.
