Grimple's Green Grants - for community eco-projects

The Green Insurance Company has doubled its pot since last year and is now giving away up to £40,000 to fund community eco-projects. This includes a special £10,000 grant available to one project.

Last year, projects included recycling programmes, community gardens and plots to grow fresh food for everyone to share.

The green judging panel is looking for more exciting green projects to support through Grimple's Green Grants. They want to hear of new eco projects being developed in communities that will benefit your town and everyone living there.

Are there innovative energy saving ideas, green educational projects or open grounds that need developed into lush green surroundings for all? Green Grants want to hear all about the projects that might be just on the drawing board, but need the backing to turn them into a reality.
