Toolkit for becoming a transpositive organisation

Galop's Shine project of the last two years of engagement amongst trans spectrum people has resulted in a new resource aimed at LGBT and mainstream organisations who want to make their organisation truly inclusive for trans people.

The resource, published in June 2011 by Galop, is called 'Shining the light: 10 keys to becoming a trans positive organisation’ by Ben Gooch. The guide examines a range of challenges and provides practical suggestions on how to make your organisation more trans-inclusive – from employment practice and terminology to projects, services and lobbying work.
