Office space is available near Smithfield market/St Paul's Cathedral for small to medium sized charities interested in renting. It's very cheap!

Costs are likely to be just enough to cover utilities expenses, management and cleaning, with possibly a small amount towards rates. This is likely to work out at around £5 per square foot (i.e virtually rent free).

  • The amount of space you can request is flexible.
  • The building has 24 hour reception/security. 
  • The space is suitable for start-ups, short term projects, charities that are able to take on a less certain tenure
  • There are likely to be rolling annual agreements which could be renewed for at least 5 years.
