City YMCA has meeting rooms available from £133.00 per day for charities,  plus a large hall.

Golden Lane Community Club is an excellent venue for meetings and small conferences. With a friendly atmosphere and professional approach, the staff and facilities have an enviable reputation.Our experienced staff are dedicated to working with you to ensure your event runs smoothly. For receptions, conferences and training facilities, our room can accommodate up to 100 people in style and comfort, and can be readily grouped to provide flexible breakout spaces for meetings. London Rebuilding Society (LRS) is a Community Development Finance Institution which targets the most socially deprived, financially excluded and hardest to reach communities in the Greater London area. Their purpose-built training and meeting rooms are available for hire, on a full-day or half-day basis, at competitive rates. St Lukes Parochial Trust - largest function room has a separate music and dance area as well as direct access to a garden and can accommodate up to 150 guests. The space is ideally suited for afternoon, evening and weekend meetings and parties. There are also meeting rooms for 12 – 16 people; and the licensed bar area holds up to 60 guests and has its own outside balcony. It is available for hire for evening and weekend gatherings. Built over 100 years ago Toynbee Hall is a Grade II listed Arts and Crafts building and retains many of its original features. Situated within easy reach of the City, Liverpool Street Station and Aldgate East Underground Station, Toynbee Hall offers a convenient yet unique venue for a variety of events.
There are two halls available for hire, the Ashbee Hall and the Lecture Hall. Both halls can both seat up to 100 people theatre style. There is also a meeting room for hire, the Toynbee Annex, that can seat up to 10 people. Contact: kendra.dutoit@toynbeehall.org.uk

The Window Venue Hire Ltd is within easy walking distance of Essex Road station and accessible from the City. It hosts an excellent cafe and various sizes of rooms.
